Genève actually started well and took the lead in the 14th minute through an amazing chip from El Magico, assisted by Theo Pappas. However, that early goal turned out to be only a brief highlight, as CBK quickly took full control of the match.

From that moment on, CBK dictated the game with strong possession phases and relentless attacking pressure. With 59% possession, 17 shots compared to Genève’s 5, and a massive xG advantage (8.4 to 1.6), the game became increasingly one-sided.
