(2.2) The provider reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons.
(2.3) Login data must not be shared with third parties. Users are required to keep their data confidential and protect it from unauthorized access.
(2.4) To prevent account sharing, your IP address is recorded each time you log in and will be reported if suspected.
(2.5) Creating more than one account on the Bandenkick website is strictly prohibited. If you experience issues with your password, please use the "Forgot Password? Reset" function.

§3 Provider Services:

(3.1) The provider grants the user access to all the functions of this website under these terms and conditions.

Users have no claim against the provider for the deletion or correction of content they have created.

(8.2) The provider is entitled to terminate its service at any time without any deadlines. Upon termination of service, the provider may, but is not obligated to, delete user-created content.
